gli ulivi - tremezzina exceeded our expectations - spacious apartment, cool basement bedrooms, and a great pool. Irina, the manager, was super helpful and friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washing machine was handy with kids. The pool area was lovely with a peaceful garden. We enjoyed swimming at Parc Olivia and there were shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Sun loungers need replacing.

This place is in a great location for sightseeing in the area and is close to a wonderful restaurant.

Some aspects of the property could have been better. the views from the other rooms were not as impressive, and the basement bedrooms felt a bit dark and restricted with their windows opening onto a small space.

We had an amazing stay at Gli Ulivi - Tremezzina! The apartment was sparkling clean and perfect for our family of five. The pool was wonderful and the view of the lake was amazing. The location was great, with restaurants, shops, and a beautiful park just a short walk away. The communication with the host was excellent, and they even allowed us a late check-out.

When it comes to breakfast, it would have been nice to have some coffee or tea provided, especially after a long journey.

The outside area was beautiful, with a good-sized pool and plenty of sunbeds to relax on. While umbrellas next to the pool would have been a nice addition for the hot August weather, the proximity to the lake was a bonus. We were delighted to discover that we could walk to the lake, as parking options can be limited in the summer. The park at the bottom of the road provided access to a lovely public beach. The property and fittings were modern, and it was great that adjacent apartments could be rented for larger groups. The whole place offered a peaceful and quiet environment, with a breathtaking view of the mountains from our balcony. The check-in and check-out process was handled smoothly by Irina, who was very attentive to our needs. In the absence of the host, her friend was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. The property itself was well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, including Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware/kitchen utensils, air conditioning. We had a truly amazing week at this apartment and highly recommend it.
